AgileWatch UK is designed to work without accounts and without collecting personal data.

What stays on your device

Your chosen region, postcode, theme, calculator settings, alert preferences and the last prices loaded are saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them. They are not sent to us. You can clear them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Cookies and analytics

We don't set cookies and don't use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we'll update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Postcode lookups

If you search for your postcode, it is sent to our server and on to the Octopus Energy API (and, for partial postcodes, to postcodes.io) to find your electricity region. We don't log it or link it to you. The lookup result (postcode → region) is cached by our hosting provider for up to a day so repeat lookups are fast, and your postcode is saved in your browser.

Consumption files

If you upload a consumption CSV to the Agile vs Tracker calculator, it is read entirely in your browser and never uploaded.

Notifications

Price alerts use your browser's notification feature and run on your device while the site is open. We don't collect email addresses or phone numbers.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you. Because we don't keep accounts or personal data, there is normally nothing to provide, but you can contact us at hello@agilewatch.co.uk.
